Letter of 29 June 1814, Buffalo, NY to Dr. James Tilton of Wilmington, Delaware. Horner describes his work in setting up a military field hospital in Buffalo, fronting Lake Erie. He asks Tilton to send him a copy of his treatise on military hospitals.
